4.2 All deposits must originate from payment accounts registered in your own name. bjapp does not accept deposits from third-party payment sources. If a deposit is found to originate from a payment method not in your name, bjapp reserves the right to reverse the deposit and suspend the account pending investigation.
4.3 Minimum deposit amounts are as follows (subject to change): JazzCash – Rs 500; Easypaisa – Rs 500; Bank Transfer – Rs 1,000; USDT TRC20 – equivalent of USD 5. These limits are indicative only. Always check the Cashier for current limits applicable to your account.
4.4 bjapp is not responsible for delays caused by third-party payment processors, including mobile wallet providers or banking institutions. Funds deposited via JazzCash or Easypaisa are typically credited within minutes; bank transfers may take longer depending on the sending institution.
4.5 All deposits are subject to bjapp's anti-money laundering ("AML") verification procedures. bjapp reserves the right to request documentation to verify the source of funds deposited into any account.
5.1 Withdrawals may only be made to payment accounts registered in your own name and matching the payment method used for deposits, where applicable. bjapp does not process withdrawals to third-party accounts.
5.2 bjapp reserves the right to request identity verification documents, proof of payment method ownership, and source of funds documentation before processing any withdrawal. Withdrawal requests may be delayed or declined pending satisfactory completion of these checks.
5.3 Withdrawal processing times vary by payment method. bjapp aims to process withdrawal requests in a timely manner, but cannot guarantee processing timelines for amounts held by third-party payment processors.

6.3 bjapp does not guarantee continuous availability of any game, market, or service. Scheduled or unscheduled maintenance, technical issues, or third-party provider disruptions may temporarily affect availability.
6.4 The use of automated betting software, bots, or any other artificial means to place bets on bjapp is strictly prohibited. Detection of automated activity will result in immediate account suspension and forfeiture of any winnings attributable to such activity.
7.1 bjapp may from time to time offer bonuses, promotions, and free bet credits to registered users. All bonuses are subject to specific terms and wagering requirements that will be communicated at the time the bonus is offered. General bonus terms do not override specific promotion terms.
7.2 bjapp reserves the right to modify, suspend, or withdraw any bonus or promotional offer at any time without prior notice. Bonuses are offered at bjapp's sole discretion and their availability does not create any entitlement for users.
